Hot Sultry Spicy Chicken Wings

1 Dozen Chicken Wings (Fresh or Frozen Thawed)

6 Cups Cooking Oil (Any Kind)

Get a large pot or a deep fryer if you have one, put the oil in and heat to a boil on medium high heat.  When oil is hot drop wings in, see that isn't so hard.

You are going to cook those wings till they are light brown, so just keep your eye on them and stir occassionally so they don't stick.

Now the next step, are you ready?  Deep Breather and exhale.

1 1/2 Cups Hot Sauce (Frank's Red Hot)
2 tbs. Butter
1/2 tsp. Cayanne
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2tsp. Garlic Salt

Mix all together in a bowl and heat in microwave until the butter melts and set aside.

Preheat Oven 350
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and get it ready for the wings.

Check your wings they should be lightly brown, remove from oil and place on paper towels to osorb some of the oil.

Dip wings in hot sauce mixture place on baking sheet pop them in the oven and set your timer for 30 minutes.

Note: There is a secret to making the wings hotter for those people who like it really really hot.  The secret is in the dipping and baking, if you want you wings hotter dip them in the sauce and bake them for 10 minutes, dip them again and cook for another 10 minutes and so on.  The more you dip and bake the hotter they will get.

Serve with ranch dressing on the side to put the flames out.
Okay ladies watch him sweat!
